幾度となく焼き肉を焼いて食べましたが、中でも鶏肉（もも肉）をこのプレートで焼いて食べると抜群に美味しくいただけます。
一口大のもも肉（唐揚げ用が切る手間いらずで簡単）を塩胡椒して焼くだけです。
箸で押さえながらひっくり返し、火が通ったらポン酢に付けて食べていますが、最高に美味い。
プレート面の勾配と油切り用のミゾが適度に油を流し、ちょうど良い焼き加減に仕上がります。
